CONTINUING EDUCATION UPDATE

Attention Certified Instructors: Please remember you have only four (4) months left to accumulate the required 0.6 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for 2006.
Submitting CECs: When you take a workshop at the STOTT PILATES International Certification Center or any Licensed Training Center, your credits are issued automatically upon completion and you will receive a completion letter from STOTT PILATES. For STOTT PILATES workshops or presentations at trade shows, you are responsible for sending the documentation to the International Certification Center in Toronto. The following is required:
1. CEC submission form [PDF]
2. Trade show receipt
3. Workshop completion letter if you attended the pre-con

STARTING POSITION
1 LYING on stomach on mat with hands under forehead. Knees bent shoulder-distance apart with Fitness Circle resistance ring between ankles.
EXERCISE
To prepare, INHALE...
2 EXHALE Tighten abdominals and squeeze Fitness Circle without letting front of hips come off the mat.
3 INHALE Slowly release tension on Fitness Circle
Complete 5-8 repetitions
