She uses her abilities as a level III personal and Pilates trainer to map out an all encompassing plan to get her clients to their goals. ‘I enjoy working with people at all stages of fitness with a focus on core stability, balance, and functional fitness as it applies to every day life. I have the training, skills and confidence to provide workouts for people dealing with rehab of injuries to athletes trying to improve their sport to people simply trying to maintain their quality of life.“
After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA in dance Kelly worked as a personal trainer. She joined the SweatShop staff, in 2001 and found training as a Pilates trainer was a natural leap. She trained in Toronto with STOTT PILATES as a Instructor Trainer. She balances these three training areas along with managing the Pilates and Professional Training departments.
