The Studio
Located in the heart of Regina's East end city, Jodi's Pilates Studio is a charming and energetic space. Recently renovated, the studio boasts bamboo flooring, large windows, and a feng-shui design. Located on the 2nd floor, the studio features a large workout space, private area for assessments and individual workouts, and a large waiting area. Free parking is available in the two parking lots in the front of the building.

Instructor Trainers
Owner, director and STOTT-PILATES Certified Instructor Trainer JODI SOLIE is well grounded in STOTT-PILATES exercise. After becoming Regina's first certified instructor in 2000, Jodi founded Regina’s first Pilates studio in 2001. A graduate of the prestigious STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer program, Jodi has now established her studio as the only STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Center in Saskatchewan.
Jodi was introduced to Pilates six years ago, while rehabilitating an injured knee and hip. The gentle, subtle movements helped heal her injuries quickly, and she was hooked. Jodi has worked with many clients since, from those dealing with chronic conditions, injuries, and athletes wanting to enhance their performance.  Jodi is known for her passion, enthusiasm, yet gentle approach in helping her clients find the “true meaning” of what Pilates is about.

KELLEY BERTING has a background in fitness and dance and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She is also an ACE certified Personal Trainer. Growing up, she participated in various dance classes and team sports, including basketball and rugby. She began teaching fitness classes in 1996, but didn't discover Pilates until 2004. Kelley has always had a keen interest in wellness and immediately enjoyed the 'mind-body' challenges that pilates provided. Aside from recovering from some old injuries, Kelley attributes pilates to helping her manage stress. Kelley obtained her STOTT PILATES full certification in 2008 and became an Instructor Trainer for Mat and Reformer in 2009. She is the second STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer in the province of Saskatchewan. In addition to teaching regular pilates classes, Kelley also teaches certification courses and workshops. Kelley is an energetic instructor, with a passion for teaching and helping clients to achieve their personal goals.

NOTE REGARDING EXAMS
You are not obliged to write (and pay for) two exams if you are planning to take both courses. You may choose to wait until completion of the second course to write your exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam). If you prefer to pause between courses, you may choose to take an exam to become certified in Matwork only, and another exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam) after completing the second course to become certified in Reformer work. In this case two exam fees would apply.
