Instructor Trainer Founder and owner of BodyMind Design, Amanda Taylor has over fifteen years
experience teaching pilates in health clubs, spas, and corporate fitness centers.
As a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, Amanda received her certification and training at the STOTT PILATES® International Certification Center in Toronto, Canada.

Amanda is qualified to certify instructors in all levels of Matwork, Equipment, Injuries and Special Populations, as well as the new STOTT PILATES® Group SPX mat and reformer courses. Amanda attributes her affiliation and continued enthusiasm with STOTT PILATES® to the clarity, growth, and integrity that Moira and Lindsey Merrithew and their team have brought to the teachings of Joseph Pilates.

Amanda holds a Bachelors of Science in Theatre/Dance, and has performed in numerous productions in the United States, Europe, and Japan. Her interests in dancing, choreography, and body/mind fitness have enabled her to apply these experiences to the teaching of STOTT PILATES. Beyond Pilates, Amanda has alo studied extensively with internationally recognized yoga teacher John Friend (Anusara Yoga) and enjoyed teaching as a certified instructor of the Nia technique.

For almost two decades, Amanda has strived to inspired growth and excellence within everyone she encounters, both clients and students alike. An excellent example is the success of BodyMind Design as the only STOTT PILATES Licensed Traning Center in the North Texas/Dallas area Metroplex. BodyMind Design continues to expand with a thriving Apprentice Program and dedicated Certified Instructors.

NOTE REGARDING EXAMS
You are not obliged to write (and pay for) two exams if you are planning to take both courses. You may choose to wait until completion of the second course to write your exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam). If you prefer to pause between courses, you may choose to take an exam to become certified in Matwork only, and another exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam) after completing the second course to become certified in Reformer work. In this case two exam fees would apply.
