Ab Prep with the Fitness Circle targets your thighs and abs

1 starting position


WARM UP FIRST

STARTING POSITION

LYING ON MAT. Feet shoulder-distance apart. Fitness circle resistance ring between thighs. Spine in a neutral position, neither arched nor flat.


EXERCISE

To prepare
INHALE and nod head slightly...

2

EXHALE
Curl upper body off the mat without pressing lower back into mat and squeeze Fitness Circle ring.

3

INHALE
Hold position keeping even pressure on Fitness Circle ring.

4

EXHALE
Return to starting position, releasing pressure on Fitness Circle.

Complete 5-8 repetitions.
