This is dependent on the length of the workshop. As a rule, 0.1 credit is awarded per hour of study. For example, a 3 hour workshop is worth 0.3 CECs.

Half Roll Back targets thighs and abs

STARTING POSITION

SEATED ON MAT. Feet shoulder distance apart. Fitness Circle resistance ring between thighs


EXERCISE

1

INHALE
To prepare, then...

2

EXHALE
Curve spine and roll back as far as possible while keeping feet on mat, and squeeze Fitness Circle ring.

3

INHALE
Return to starting position, and release pressure on Fitness Circle ring.

Complete 5-8 repetitions.
