Exercise of the Month


One Leg Lift targets abs & hips

2 exhale lift one leg

3 inhale lower leg

WARM UP FIRST

STARTING POSITION

Place Roller lengthwise on mat. Lie on Roller so that head, spine and pelvis are supported. Spine is neutral, neither arched nor flattened. Feet on floor, hip-distance apart. Hands on floor
alongside Roller.


EXERCISE

INHALE to prepare

EXHALE
Keep Roller still and lift one leg, keeping knee bent.

3

INHALE
Lower foot to ground

Complete 5 repetitions with each leg.
