A

A teaching evaluation involves taking a STOTT PILATES instructor trainer through a workout, so that he or she can evaluate your teaching abilities and provide you with feedback. A maximum of 0.4 credits can be allocated for teaching evaluation sessions.

Exercise of the Month


Side Leg Lifts with Fitness Circle targets outer thighs

1 inhale to begin

2 exhale press top ankle against Circle

3 inhale release

WARM UP FIRST

STARTING POSITION

Side-lying in a straight line with head resting on bottom arm. Fitness Circle resistance ring on floor with both feet inside circle


EXERCISE

INHALE to prepare

EXHALE
Tighten abdominals and press top ankle against Fitness Circle ring,

INHALE
Release tension on Fitness Circle ring.

Complete 5-8 repetitions.
