Amanda Taylor
Founder and owner, Amanda Taylor has over nine years experience teaching pilates in health clubs, spas, and corporate fitness centers.
Amanda completed the full apparatus training at the Stott International Certification Center in Toronto, where she received her certification as a STOTT Instructor Trainer and is qualified to certify instructors on mat and reformer. Amanda attributes her affiliation and continued enthusiasm with STOTT to the clarity, growth, and integrity that Moira Stott and her team have brought to the teachings of Joseph Pilates.
She holds a Bachelors of Science (cum laude) in Theater/Dance, and has performed in numerous productions in the United States, Europe, and Japan. Her interests in dancing, choreography, and body/mind fitness led her to additional certifications in the PhysicalMind Method, NIA, and Yogassage. Amanda has also studied extensively with internationally recognized yoga teachers John Friend, Eric Schiffmann, and Rama.
The studio
