Getting Started

To establish a foundaton in the technique, we recommend a one‑on‑one introductory session followed by five private sessions.This allows us to tailor a program to suit your needs.

Following your introduction to the STOTT PILATES method, these session options are available:

  • private: one-on-one personal training
  • semi-private: work out with a friend
  • instructor-led groups: join a regularly scheduled group equipment or group Matwork class or coordinate your own group of three to eight people.

Sessions are typically one hour in length; however, additional time may be booked in half-hour allotments. Please arrive a few minutes early to receive your full session.

Workout Attire

Please wear comfortable exercise clothing (may be loose fitting but not bulky). Shoes should not be worn as they are restrictive.


Because some of our clients suffer from environmental allergies, we request that you refrain from using fragrances or hairspray in our facilities. Thank you.
