															The Studio
Located in the pulse of Regina’s retail and hotel industry in the southeast corner of the city, Jodi’s Pilates Studio is an impressive facility boasting nearly 2000 square footage of exercise space, and a spacious, open-concept design. Featuring 12-ft. ceilings, and large windows for natural sunlight, the studio also has access to ample free parking for up to 30 vehicles.

															Instructor Trainer
Owner, director and STOTT-PILATES Certified Instructor Trainer Jodi Solie is well grounded in STOTT-PILATES exercise. After becoming Regina's first certified instructor in 2000, Jodi founded Regina’s first Pilates studio in 2001. A graduate of the prestigious STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer program, Jodi has now established her studio as the only STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Center in Saskatchewan.
Jodi was introduced to Pilates six years ago, while rehabilitating an injured knee and hip. The gentle, subtle movements helped heal her injuries quickly, and she was hooked. Jodi has worked with many clients since, from those dealing with chronic conditions, injuries, and athletes wanting to enhance their performance.  Jodi is known for her passion, enthusiasm, yet gentle approach in helping her clients find the “true meaning” of what Pilates is about.
