Foam Cushions™ & Balance Pads

Foam Cushions and Balance Pads are a necessary addition to any fully-equipped studio or training facility. Each is designed to serve a variety of purposes for various exercise options, allowing for proper alignment and biomechanics. Perfect for Pilates exercises, these props can also be incorporated in fusion or athletic conditioning workouts.


Foam Cushions

Designed for extra comfort and support when performing a wide variety of exercises, Foam Cushions are made of high-density, closed-cell polyethylene foam. Available in three sizes, choose what is right for you and your routine.

"A" (9" x 6" x 1") is often used for head support in a supine position (lying on the back) and may help align the head and neck better, preventing the cervical spine from overextending.

"B" (9" x 6" x 3") can be used between the knees and ⁄or ankles to help maintain activation of the hip adductors. This will assist in a full-body movement ensuring proper alignment of the legs and hips. It is also ideal for use on the Reformer to support the head while in side-lying positions.

"C" (13" x 10" x 2.5") is perfect for seated exercises and for individuals with tightness through the lower back, hips and knees. While achieving an optimal sitting position, you can reduce unwanted tension in your lower extremities and redirect the focus to the working muscles. This cushion can be used for Matwork, on the Reformer, Stability Chair™, Cadillac or anywhere a little extra height is required.


Balance Pad

Ideal for users of varying abilities and fitness levels, the Balance Pad also gives trainers an exercise accessory for further targeting muscle activation.

Large (19.5" x 6" x 2.5") rectangle shaped pad provides a greater surface area and is easily adaptable for a full range of exercises.

Half size (9.5" x 16" x 2.5") pads allow for more maneuverability, giving more programming options.
