The Toning Ball (formerly 'weighted ball') can be easily adapted into STOTT PILATES Matwork routines. They can be used to increase the intensity of mat exercises and aid engagement of the inner thighs. These soft, spherical, hand-held free weights help create awareness of shoulder girdle stability as well as add resistance and proprioceptive feedback for upper body and core work.
