PILATES INSTRUCTOR!!

Bay Tennis & Fitness in the Harbor Springs / Petoskey area of Michigan offers a rare full-time opportunity in one of the country's most coveted places to live! This is a brand new, state-of-the-art, privately owned and operated luxury tennis and fitness club. Opportunities of this caliber are few and far between.

BT&F is a 60,000 sq ft facility with 5 indoor tennis courts (DecoTurf Pro - U.S. Open court surface), 4 outdoor clay courts, 15,000 sq ft gym and fitness area (Cybex, Precor, Ivanko), dedicated pilates studio w/ STOTT PILATES reformers, aerobics, spinning, tanning, massage, and luxury amenities.

A dedicated Pilates Studio is set up for both matwork, reformer and cadillac instruction. We are searching for a full time instructor to partner with and assist with program development. BT&F has an existing membership of tennis and fitness members, as well as very strong group fitness attendance. We presently operate with all necessary support staff, and have built a portion of our new facility around our soon-to-be-developed Pilates program.

This area is a special place to live for many reasons. Four seasons offer a variety of outdoor activities. Excellent cycling and mountain-biking, hunting, fishing, water activities on the surrounding Lake Michigan shore and an abundance of golf courses (18 within 25 miles). We are also home to the 3 top ski resorts in the Midwest (Nubs Nob, Boyne Highlands, Boyne Mountain), all of which are less than a 20 minute drive.

The local population more than doubles in the summer months, a testament to the appeal of this special place. Population also swells throughout the winter months as a result of local ski / snowboard resorts and all the activity associated with them.

Must manage class schedules, private instruction and any necessary staff. Must develop and maintain a good reputation with the current membership and within the community. Requirements Include:
STOTT PILATES Fully Certified Instructor
Full certification includes Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels and ISP
Minimum 2 years teaching experience
Able to instruct all levels and abilities
Energy, passion, reliability and expertise
