- private: one-on-one personal training
- semi-private: work out with a friend
- instructor-led groups: join a regularly scheduled group or coordinate your own group of
3 to 8 people in our group equipment classes or group matwork classes.
Sessions are typically one hour in length; however,
additional time may be booked in half-hour allotments.
Please arrive a few minutes early to receive your full session.
Workout Attire
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing (may be loose fitting but not bulky). Shoes should not be worn as they are restrictive.

Allergies
Because some of our clients suffer from environmental allergies, we request that you refrain from using fragrances or hairspray in our facilities. Thank you.

The Instructors
STOTT PILATES instructors are highly qualified professionals. All are certified
in the STOTT PILATES method. Many have danced professionally or hold degrees
in dance, kinesiology, physical education or physiotherapy. Each instructor brings
his or her own rich experience to your session.
