The Equipment Sales Representative will play an important role in the daily responsibilities of our equipment sales department. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a team player and possess the ability to provide superb customer sales and service support.
This is a full time position. The successful candidate will have a college diploma along with two years of phone sales experience. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office are required, with Filemaker Pro as an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proficient planning and organizational skills are a must.

Major responsibilities include:

Fielding, following-up and fulfilling customer sales, inquiries and information requests made through telephone and e-mail;

Completing all data entry requirements related to customer activity and trade show leads;

Making proactive sales calls to warm sales leads;

Assisting with the development of equipment sales support material;

Identifying and communicating carrier and delivery arrangements, and customs paperwork requirements;

Liaising with manufacturing personnel re: product availability, lead time, order fulfillment etc;

Completing other projects as assigned.
