Five Steps to Ensure the Success of a Quality Pilates Program

Create and hire qualified Pilates Instructors
Host a STOTT PILATES certification course at your facility to provide a career opportunity in the ever fast growing Pilates Industry, search for certified STOTT PILATES Instructors in your area using the STOTT PILATES Instructor Finder, and post Job Opportunities on the STOTT PILATES Job Board.
Determine available space for appropriate programming
Designated space for a Pilates Equipment Studio can be any where from 400 sq ft to 1000 sq ft. In addition, if designated space isn’t available the lightweight stackable SPX Group Reformer is ideal for shared space. Once your space is determined optimal programming for your facility may be determined.
Assess equipment needs for that programming
Now that programming is determined, assess STOTT PILATES equipment options to best meet the needs to maximize your programming options for your facility. Leasing is available.
Implement the program with effective timelines and marketing
Marketing is crucial to the success of any business. Marketing campaigns should begin at least 3 months prior to program start dates at your facility, and be ongoing throughout the process.
