Instructor Trainer
Owner of Elements In Motion, VERED ARBEL's fitness and business career stemmed from a background in dance. Her career shifted to teaching as she became a certified instructor trainer and choreographer, formed her own dance company and toured throughout Europe. As a dancer, Pilates was the exercise of choice to keep flexible and prevent injuries. In 1991, she began a full certification program for STOTT PILATES. In 2000, she opened her own Pilates studio and STOTT PILATES training center, where she teaches Pilates to clients as well as students wishing to become instructors. Working closely with rehabilitation centers she has implemented courses to benefit various sports participants such as golf and running. In addition to the studio, she is pursuing a degree in exercise science and lecturing off site for workshops and courses.
PAT STASZAK is the owner of Andersonville Physical Therapy, an outpatient physical therapy clinic and STOTT PILATES studio in Chicago. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1994 with a B.S. in Physical Therapy. She then worked at the Univeristy of Illinois Hospital and the University of Chicago Hospital, specilizing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Her areas of interest and specialty include the rehabilitation of overuse and sports injuries; specifically, musculoskeletal injuries and pain syndromes resulting from postural dysfunction, abnormal joint mechanics, muscle imbalance, and inefficient movement patterns. Pat is a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and STOTT PILATES Rehab Instructor Trainer.
