A unique hybrid of Vinyasa Yoga traditions and STOTT PILATES principles, this intermediate program will refresh and invigorate you. Smooth movements are combined with deep stretches and stabilizing poses to help strengthen the mind and the body.
Master Instructor Trainer PJ O’Clair guides you through a series of stretching, strengthening and elongating positions, with a focus on controlled movements and rhythmic breathing. From the mountain pose to the reclining butterfly pose, you’ll improve circulation from head to toe, leaving you with a feeling of pure vitality.
