Warranty

TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will repair or replace at its option any defect resulting from normal wear, provided that it is not due to negligence or misuse and provided such defect is reported to STOTT PILATES within a period of two years from the invoice date of the original purchase. The warranty excludes scratches to the finish of the band or molded latex-free grips.

This warranty applies to STOTT PILATES Fitness Circle equipment only:

1. While it remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
2. If it has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or non-STOTT PILATES modification.
3. If claims are made within the warranty period.
4. If upgrades are made as required by STOTT PILATES.

This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of STOTT PILATES equipment, or shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable) or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions.
