Note: Use of STOTT PILATES photography is considered unauthorized unless prior written approval is received from STOTT PILATES.
Important: All users are required to comply with the company's Marketing & Communications Guidelines, as well as the Photography Request Procedure.
STOTT PILATES, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change its Guidelines and Requirements from time-to-time and disallow use of its intellectual property.

Sizes and Formats
To review photography, follow links at left. Larger images have been converted to jpeg for a speedy download. Smaller images are in their original eps format. All have been zipped for stability during download. Macintosh computers recognize the zip format and will decompress using "stuffit", click on links under each image for download to begin.

Mandatory Mar/Com Approval Process
When preparing materials using STOTT PILATES and/or Merrithew Corporation photography and trademarks (intellectual property), you are required to follow our Marketing & Communications Guidelines and our official "Approval" process before final publication or printing of your materials:

Contact the Marketing Department with your initial request/idea for usage of our imagery, logo and/or mention of products and services before design work commences. marketing@stottpilates.com or fax 416-482-2742 Attn: Marketing Department. This step may require our Photography Request Procedure (fees may apply).

2.
|
The Marketing Department will assess your initial submission to ensure that the layout, images and copy meet our Marketing & Communications Guidelines, and will provide you with constructive feedback within 2-3 working days of your initial request. Your request will then be forwarded to the appropriate STOTT PILATES department for further review if necessary before the design process is to start.

3.

Once approval is granted, you will be required to send your design draft early in the production process to the Marketing Department again for further review of our intellectual properties.
|
|
4.
|
Feedback will be provided within five (5) business days.
|
|
5.
|
If any changes are required, you will need to make the recommended adjustments and re-submit your promotional material until the layout is approved with no further changes.
|
|
6.
|
Once final comments are provided, you are required to submit the final design and web links for approval before materials are sent to print, posted to web, used or distributed in any way.
