TORONTO, November 10, 2011 – Teen girls and their moms will have the opportunity to
practice what being 'breast health aware' really means on Saturday, November 19, 2011.
Toronto-based global lifestyle organization
Merrithew Health & Fitness™ will be
teaming up with
The Pink Tulip Foundation for a unique event called
Perky Pilates – a
fundraiser to support the Foundation's mission to educate girls about breast cancer prevention
and healthy lifestyle choices. The one-hour Pilates class, which will be led by Sally Belanger,
Master Instructor Trainer for Merrithew Health & Fitness™ specializing in
STOTT PILATES® programming, will be held at the
Toronto French School from 10am-12pm.
