EPISODE DESCRIPTIONS

EPISODE 1 -- FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
In Functional Fitness, Natalia demonstrates as Moira takes her through a workout that covers the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles, and exercises that are fundamental to developing a better body and improving the quality of your life. This is a wonderful, no-impact way to stretch, tone and strengthen your body.

During every episode, Moira takes the time to answer a question from a viewer. The question addressed in Functional Fitness is: How many times a week should I do a STOTT PILATES workout?

EPISODE 2 -- DE-STRESS

De-Stress teaches the viewer how to pay close attention to how they breathe. Rhythmic breathing will help focus the mind clearly on the body and on performing the exercises precisely. This helps the viewer let go of any stress and anxiety they may be experiencing.

Moira takes a minute out of the workout to answer the question: How can popular mind-body fitness methods like STOTT PILATES help relieve anxiety and stress?

EPISODE 3 -- FLAT ABS/CORE CONDITIONING

Flat, strong abs are not just for looks! Your abs play a key role in stabilizing your body as well as preventing or reducing low back pain. In this episode we work on strengthening this deep support system.
