Pilates Studio Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: 

• Meets and greets students & returning clients
• Books client appointments
• Books student assessments & appointments
• Processes client & student sales including merchandise & session packages
• Maintains positive client relations with existing clientele through face-to-face contact, phone calls & mail-outs
• Oversees studio maintenance including studio cleaning, paper towel, soap and shampoo replenishment, towels, lights, plants and liaises with Northam to solve maintenance issues
• Completes studio mail-outs including newsletters,
  info-packs & holiday cards
• Informs staff, students & clients of studio policies
• Maintains the client file system
• Completes studio sales tracking for studio manager & accounting department
• Refills DVD carousel, make sure mats, fitness circles & other equipment sold in studio are available
• Provides the highest level of customer service at all times
• Prior to course, make sure materials are in stock. Advise Studio Manager when items are out of stock and places order to re-stock
• Provides the highest level of customer service  at all times
  
• Report to studio supervisor

Qualification & Skills:

• Sales and client relationship experience
• Genuine drive and enthusiasm
• Exceptional communication with a proven track record of building and establishing long-term relationships
• Strong background with Microsoft office
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
