Position Overview:
STOTT PILATES is a market leader in the fitness industry. We are an equipment and education services provider who is known worldwide for its high quality Pilates brand. We are looking for highly motivated sales talent who will keep STOTT PILATES a market leader and help us continue to experience worldwide growth.

Major Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets
- Increase overall sales through organic growth of accounts
- Identify, manage and increase sales in new distributor and reseller opportunities
- Identify, manage and increase sales in new/current key account opportunities
- Identify new opportunities in territory to search out new opportunities
|
|
- Establish and build strong distributor relationships
- Develop and manage sales funnel activities for accounts and create support systems and accountabilities with customers
- Identify methods to integrate STOTT PILATES business through our distributors
- Manage semi-annual business reviews
|
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years proven sales experience working with new and existing accounts
- Demonstrated experience with results in creating and executing successful client relationships and territory plans
- Experience with international business and/or distributor networks
- CRM exposure or experience

- Influencing, negotiation and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- A diplomatic approach to conflict resolution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor/Community College degree/diploma
