Education Services Coordinator – Full Solutions (USA)

Position Overview:

In co-operation with the Full Solutions Team (USA) provide superior customer service and flawless execution in the co-ordination and administration of the education programs at hosted sites in the USA and at the Corporate Training Center in Denver. Responsibilities include handling the day-to-day client/student services and administrative activities associated with growing the revenues for the STOTT PILATES USA hosting and to co-ordinate the pre, during and post course execution of hosted courses in the USA.



Major Responsibilities Include:

Strategy Formulation

  • Assist with the analysis of the current competitive market and in the identification of opportunities
  • Assist in development of Business Building Strategies
  • Assist in the analysis of current program and workshops offered at the Corporate Training Center in Denver

Business Planning

  • Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase client/student enrolment, participation and retention in Education courses and workshops in the USA
  • Assist Full Solution Directors – in the planning, promotion, implementation & tracking of all approved courses and workshops offered at the Corporate Training Center in Denver and other approved STOTT PILATES Organized courses.
  • Assist Full Solutions Team (USA) in the liaison with the Program Development team and in the planning, promotion, implementation and tracking of courses, workshops and exams offered at host sites in the USA

Implementation

  • Act as a client/student resource for inquiries regarding courses, workshops and Continuing Education programs/events
  • Assist in the communication and promotion of courses, workshops and Continuing Education requirements in the monthly e-newsletter

Hosting Centers (USA)

  • Provide Post-Sale service support to the Full Solutions Team managing the administrative duties, processing payments, co-coordinating logistics for course including Instructor Trainer scheduling, shipping course materials, travel arrangements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of fitness industry educational programs
  • Customer service and administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to shifting priorities
  • Time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro, Excel
  • Acute attention to detail
