Roman Danylo
Sunjay Nath travels globally sharing insights on leadership and performance. He is best known for his trademark, "The 10-80-10 Principle" which is a framework that helps individuals and teams improve performance. This methodology combines best practices with small wins to help people empower themselves.

Sunjay was a founding Vice President of an e-learning company based in Toronto that has gone on to become a multimillion-dollar company. Prior to that position he worked as an engineer for a distribution company in New York. He served as a camp director for several years with a camp that focuses on developing leadership skills in students. He has also held positions with H&R Block and Bank of Montreal.

He started an international speaking business when he was 19; he wasn't even old enough to rent a car. This was particularly problematic when he would travel. As a speaker, Sunjay has travelled extensively and addressed in person well over 1,000,000 people around the world since 1995. In 2005, Sunjay became the youngest Canadian (and third youngest in the world) ever to earn his CSP (Certified Speaking Professional). The CSP is the highest internationally recognized designation that a speaker can aspire to achieve.

With his background, Sunjay offers a rare combination of both left and right brain activities to engage all audience members. Sunjay holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematical Engineering, a degree that after the first year of the program, 80% of the students failed out. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration. During his MBA, he took first prize in an international business case competition.

Always striving to achieve Sunjay has earned is Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, has run a full 26 mile (42km) marathon and has jumped out of a perfectly good plane (some call it skydiving). He has served as President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers Toronto Chapter and President of his Engineering Discipline. He is a magician, a comedian, a professional actor, he can juggle and in university he was rated as one of the country's top debaters.

Sunjay is the author of The 10-80-10 Principle, The ABCs of Student Leadership, a contributing author for the book, Professionally Speaking. His new projects include learning to sing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" in rounds … by himself.

Roman Danylo
For over 20 years, Roman has been an Entertainer, MC, Keynote Speaker and Auctioneer for some of biggest names in the corporate world. He has entertained for companies like Glaxo Smith Kline, Hewlett Packard, BMO, Manulife Financial and hundreds more. Often invited into the stuffy world of AGMs, sales conferences and company awards nights; Roman uses his comedy improv skills to team-build, brainstorm and break the ice. Roman gathers info about whichever company he is working for and trades that inside information for a currency usually foreign to the corporate world…big laughs. His lively message around team building and thinking outside the box is always a lot of fun for attendees.

Originally from Calgary and now living in Vancouver, Roman has been performing professionally for the past 25 years. He is one of only a handful of comedians to have performed at the prestigious Aspen's HBO Comedy Festival and Montreal's Just for Laughs Festival in the same year. In Hollywood he starred in the UPN Series Off Limits, and has been featured on NBC's Late Friday. He has appeared in the Feature Films Duets with Gwenyth Paltrow, and Happy Birthday with John Goodman. Roman hosted a talk show pilot produced by fellow Canadian David Steinberg, and appeared in a live sketch review show with Martin Short. Roman has appeared as a dramatic actor in television shows like Jeremiah, Outer Limits and Sliders.

Back home Roman recently guest hosted several episodes of CBC Radio's The Debaters and was featured in the TV series for the show. Roman's second Comedy Now special for CTV aired in 2011. Roman has appeared or starred in several Canadian TV series including CTV's Corner Gas, CBC's Made in Canada, CTV's The Holmes Show and on The Comedy Network's Just For Laughs Improv Championships and many more. For five years Roman starred in his own sketch comedy series on CTV and Spike TV called Comedy Inc.
