Studio
Conveniently located in the heart of Munich (5 minutes from the famous "German Museum“), Pilatesbody is the one of the largest Pilates studios in Munich and offers group and personal training and trainer certification. The studio features the complete STOTT PILATES equipment line
Instructor Trainer
Michaela Bimbi-Dresp, from early childhood, was professionally trained in dance (ballet, ballroom, jazz, modern dance and rock n’ roll). As well as her successful participation in national and international competitions, for many years she joined several stage and TV-productions.
During more than 7 years living in the United States (San Francisco and New York City) Michaela was active as an ACE-Group Fitness Instructor and ACE-Personal Trainer and certified as a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer. Having returned to Germany in 2002, she was the first Licensed Training Center in Europe certifying STOTT PILATES instructors since 2003.
In 2005 Michaela's first Pilates book was launched and is now available in 6 langauges worldwide.
In 2006, Michaela co-founded the German Pilates Alliance

PREREQUISITES
The intensive courses above are recommended for certified fitness instructors, personal trainers, and other fitness & health professionals who want to expand their knowledge and enhance their business. Applicants must have, at least three years experience teaching fitness, dance or movement, familiarity with the works of Joseph Pilates, formal anatomy training and a working knowledge of muscle origins, insertions and functions, in order to attend the course.

NOTE REGARDING EXAMS
You are not obliged to write (and pay for) two exams if you are planning to take both courses. You may choose to wait until completion of the second course to write your exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam). If you prefer to pause between courses, you may choose to take an exam to become certified in Matwork only, and another exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam) after completing the second course to become certified in Reformer work. In this case two exam fees would apply.
