Praxis is located on the south side of Jean-Talon W. between Victoria Ave and Decarie Blvd (Aut. 15).
From outside Montreal: Take Autoroute 15 to the Jean-Talon exit. Praxis is 1 minute drive from Aut. 15.
From downtown: Travel north on Victoria Ave to Jean-Talon. Turn left onto Jean-Talon and you will be directly in front of Praxis.
Free parking in the lot to the west of the building. Also, free street parking on Jean-Talon from 9h30 to 16h30 and after 18h30

Praxis is a full service STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Centre offering service in French and English.
Newly relocated to the second floor of 4900 Jean-Talon West, the new Praxis is an open, airy, contemporary space that combines a 1,650 sq ft training studio featuring the latest innovations in STOTT PILATES equipment, an oversized and elegant locker room, a kitchen and conversation room, and a spacious lounge and relaxation area. Stairs or elevator available. Our studio is wheelchair friendly.

PREREQUISITES
The intensive courses above are recommended for certified fitness instructors, personal trainers, and other fitness & health professionals who want to expand their knowledge and enhance their business. Applicants must have, at least three years experience teaching fitness, dance or movement, familiarity with the works of Joseph Pilates, formal anatomy training and a working knowledge of muscle origins, insertions and functions, in order to attend the course.

NOTE REGARDING EXAMS
You are not obliged to write (and pay for) two exams if you are planning to take both courses. You may choose to wait until completion of the second course to write your exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam). If you prefer to pause between courses, you may choose to take an exam to become certified in Matwork only, and another exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam) after completing the second course to become certified in Reformer work. In this case two exam fees would apply.
