The Studio
Natural Balance Pilates studios are both centrally placed in Denmarks two largest cities. The studios are both approx. 1000 square feet and feature the complete line of STOTT PILATES equipment. The studios are tastefully and simply designed, and offer a relaxed but disciplined work atmosphere.
Instructor Trainer
The urge for adventure and the courage to follow his dreams are Michael Christensen's most important assets. After 10 years at a school for talented young singers, and success as a competitive swimmer, he started a career as a classical ballet dancer at the age of 22. This brought him leading roles at the Pantomime Theater and work with modern dance companies in Denmark. In his spare time he trained the Danish females gymnasts qualifying for the Olympics and is currently a coach for a Danish American Football team.
With his wife Karen, also a certified STOTT PILATES Instructor, they have created Natural Balance Pilates Studio. Michael is the only fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor Trainer in Denmark and among a very few in Europe. Michael and Karen are committed to helping people find their bodies natural strength and balance through STOTT PILATES, be they professional dancers or top trained athletes or people with painful bodies.

NOTE REGARDING EXAMS
You are not obliged to write (and pay for) two exams if you are planning to take both courses. You may choose to wait until completion of the second course to write your exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam). If you prefer to pause between courses, you may choose to take an exam to become certified in Matwork only, and another exam (a combined Matwork and Reformer exam) after completing the second course to become certified in Reformer work. In this case two exam fees would apply.
